Teodora N. Dotusme or "Dory," is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ in the Philippines (UCCP). She took up theology and graduated from the Divinity School at Silliman University. She is currently an administrative pastor of two local churches. She chairs the Partnership and Ecumenical Relation Committee of the church's Northern Western Samar Conference. She was chosen as National Coordinator of the Association of Women in Theology (AWIT), an ecumenical federation of women working together to contribute to social transformation in society. She considers herself a self-aware and innovative person, who loves to be involved in effecting change and transformation that foster and create safe spaces. She believes that her pastoral ministry should be coupled with peacebuilding. In addition to her engagement in peacebuilding and pastoral care, she is involved in ecumenism, interfaith, and interreligious dialogue. She advocates for ecofeminism, an interest that drives her to organize, empower, and inspire not only the community of faith but the wider community. She believes that her part in the ministry includes raising awareness for a just and harmonious society, of gender justice and equality.
