Rinku Barnabas Mankhin is a dedicated social worker, change-maker, and youth advocate with a learning experience in Youth Networking, community development, conflict transformation, and peacebuilding. Currently providing volunteer services as a Program Coordinator and Team Leader for the ICF National Forum of Bangladesh, he designs and facilitates impactful workshops on various topics related to Conflict and Peace for Interfaith Youth. With a Master's degree in Management and international training from ICF's School of Peace, and skilled in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), he has a proven track record of leading impactful social initiatives and facilitating workshops to promote peace, justice, and equality. He is a proud participant in the World YMCA fifth (5.0) cohort Change Agent Program, empowering young leaders worldwide. Based in Mymensingh, Bangladesh, he is actively engaged in organizing Youth-Led solution projects and writing for various interfaith and youth platforms.
