Mohammad is working as a National Director in Nepal Unites, a part of Global Unites and running in 13 countries as a youth movement. He has been engaged in the Nepal Red Cross Society from a young age. He became a Lifetime Membership in the age of 16 and inspired with the Red Cross Principles and works then also became Distinguished Membership of NRCS in the age of 19. He has had 16 years experience of leadership, as a facilitator and mobilizer. He facilitates as a Master Trainer of Trainers on Youth Peer Education and on the issues of gender, women discrimination, Human Rights, peace, and responsible citizenship. He has good experience in national and international programs with the youth. He likes to work with the youth. He always believes that youth are innovative and have new ideas, concepts, courage, skills, and high energy to bring about needed changes. That is why he says, the Youth Can! He feels free and enjoy during working time with the youths. As to his formal college degree, he has completed the Bachelor degree majoring subject English Literature in the education faculty of Tribhuvan University. He has also completed a Master’s degree in Sociology from the same University. He had worked as a journalist in the national newspaper, online digital media, and television here in Nepal. He likes to work and integrate with people in the community, listen to their voices, and realize his advocacy for them. He wants to write and make their story known to the public. He also writes articles on local and social issues. He likes to travel. Trekking is his best hobby. He always focuses on self-commitment and self-implement.
